I really want you to focus on yourself. To carve out that time in the day away from the stresses of work, the demands of kids, the dishes sitting in the sink. Just for 30mins to an hour a few times a week.
I want to help you find movement that makes you feel good and move away from the idea of exercise as punishment. In my own fitness journey I found that focussing on performance related goals led to aesthetic ones as almost a by-product, but the biggest change came with the change in mindset and my attitude towards my body. Doing what I loved and seeing successes and progress meant I grew to be more accepting of my body. I felt like I had found the secret to body acceptance or body neutrality. The antidote to diet culture and I want to share that secret with you.
12 week training programme
With this option I will write a 12 week training programme that will be personalised for you and focussed towards your short-, mid- and long-term goals. I will ask you to complete a questionnaire and meet with you (on Zoom) to discuss where you are with your fitness journey, what you enjoy (and don’t enjoy!) about fitness and what your goals are.
You will receive a comprehensive training document containing your programme with step-by-step written guidance on how to perform each exercise.
Please note there will be no further contact or support after you have received your programme. This is a step up from the cookie cutter fitness programme you can follow online as it will be tailored to your specific needs and goals.
Total cost: £65
12 week training programme with ongoing support
This option gives the same service as the 12 week training programme, but included in this option is weekly check-ins with me over Zoom. In these calls we will discuss your progress, what’s going well and what isn’t. This means we can tweak your programme as we go to ensure we are still making progress towards your goals.
You will receive a comprehensive training document containing the first 4 weeks of your training programme with step-by-step guidance on how to perform each exercise. Weeks 5—8 will be sent in week 3 so that we can ensure it takes into account your progress/feedback from weeks 1—3. We’ll then do the same for the final weeks 9—12, with the programme being sent in week 7.
